About the Terrerité Defense Council
Article 1: In accordance with article 20 of the Political Constitution of the Kingdom of Terrerité, King Ignis Audeladroit I promulgates the following Royal Decree on Sunday, May 16, 2021.
Article 2: Royal Decree number 2 establishes the Terrerité Defense Council whose jurisdiction corresponds to the entire Terrerité territory and its exercise corresponds to its members regardless of the territory in which they are located.
Article 3: The powers of the Terrerité Defense Council are:
Recognize, explore, investigate, and propose foreign territory to claim it as belonging to Terrerité to exercise its sovereignty. These territories can only be from private property of a citizen of Terrerité willing to assign it or a territory not claimed by any natural or legal person.
Defend by means of the legitimate force conferred by the power of empire all the territory of Terrerité.
Promote and publicize the values of Terrerité throughout the globe with special emphasis on what is prescribed by article 2 of the Political Constitution of the Kingdom of Terrerité, which establishes: ''The Kingdom of Terrerité is a free, independent, indivisible, and constantly expanding State.
Article 4: The duties of the Terrerité Defense Council are:
Safeguard and expand the sovereign territory of Terrerité.
Protect the person of the King.
Respect the Royal Family and the word of the King.
Respect the rules prescribed by this Royal Decree.
Respect the rules prescribed by the Political Constitution of Terrerité.
Article 5: The Terrerité Defense Council is chaired by the Royal General Field Marshal who will be invested in accordance with articles 6 and 13 number 7 of the Political Constitution of the Kingdom of Terrerité. The Royal General Field Marshal will have under his tutelage all the remaining members of the Terrerité Defense Council.
Article 6: The members of the Terrerité Defense Council will have special jurisdiction and will be exempted from national responsibility in Terrerité if, in the exercise of their functions, they are criminally sanctioned in other States.
Article 7: The official logo of the Terrerité Defense Council is as follows.
