About the national emblems and their composition
Article 1: The national emblems are the National Flag, the National Anthem and the National Motto.
Article 2: The National Flag may be used or hoisted without prior authorization, always taking care to safeguard respect for it and to observe the rules contained on these regulations.
Article 3: It will be hoisted on a white pole, the length of which will not be less than 4/3 of its flight hoisted to the top. When it is not possible to hoist it on a pole or mast, it will be placed fully extended horizontally or vertically, in the first case the silver star must remain in the upper part and to the left of the viewer, and in the second case, in the top right of the viewer.
Article 4: When it is necessary to raise and lower the National Flag in a ceremony attended by foreign flags, it will be hoisted the first and lowered at last.
Article 5: If the National Flag has to be accompanied by flags of other nations, the following shall proceed:
A. When there is only one foreign pavilion, it will be located to the left of the spectator.
B. If it is accompanied by an even number of foreign flags, it will occupy the center of them.
C. If it is placed next to an odd number, it will occupy the first place to the left side of the spectator, or another location in a way that stands out.
D. In any case, the exposed copy of the National Flag may not be smaller in size than the others, nor placed at a lower height than these.
Article 6: The national motto recites, in the respective official languages of the Kingdom of Terrerité, the following: ‘‘Por el Rey y la Ley’’; ‘‘For the King and the Edict’’; ‘‘Pour le Roi et la Loi’’
Article 7: The National Anthem is called ‘‘La Tierra de la Verdad’’ ; ‘‘ The Land of the Truth ’’; ‘‘ La Terre de la Verité ’’ it consists in 8 verses and its lyrics recite:
Viva Terrerité.
Long live Terrerité.
Terrerité pour la vie.
Terrerité.
Tierra de la verdad.
Land of the truth
Terre de la verité.
Terrerité.
Article 8: The national anthem must be played prior to each public speech given by the king or regent on duty.
Article 9: The Flag of the Kingdom of Terrerité, will be composed of three colors, blue flag, white and red flag, individualized in RGB format as (20,35,101); (255,255,255) and (200,16,46) respectively. The flag will be divided into three vertical bands of equal width; the left band will be flag blue, the central band will be white, and the right end band will be flag red. A red flag cross will expand centered by the width and height of the national cloth in a ratio of 1: 8 to the width and 1: 5 to the height; above this, a white cross is centered in a 1: 3 ratio. In the upper left third a white five-pointed star with an outer radius of 8.33 and an inner radius of 3.8 arranged in the proportion shown below.
Article 10: The violation of the provisions of the preceding articles will authorize The Royal Majesty or the council that the King entrusts to order the immediate removal of the emblems and apply the corresponding sanctions that can range from a mere reprimand to the complete loss of the Terrerita citizenship upon consideration of the High Royal Court.
